Good Night Gaza contains Palestinian fairy tales and songs that can be read from both left and right, in Arabic or Norwegian. During the winter break, the Nobel Peace Center, Plan Norway, and Megafon Publishing invite you to a reading session where a small selection of stories from the book will be read to children in both Norwegian and Arabic. The stories will be read by Asmaa Salim and Karoline Dons. A large book version of Good Night Gaza will also be displayed at the Nobel Peace Center for the occasion.

On opening day, Wednesday, February 19, we will also hear from Kari Helene Partapuoli, who will share insights about the Good Night Gaza project. Kari Helene Partapuoli has been the Secretary General of Plan International Norway since 2018. She has previously led the Development Fund and the Anti-Racist Center. Trained as a social anthropologist, she has dedicated her career to equality and children’s rights.

The event is free to attend, but you must purchase a ticket if you wish to access the museum.
